Our Mission
At Troop 306G, building on the storied history of Troop 306, we believe in the power of the outdoors to inspire, challenge, and develop leadership skills in young women. Our mission is to foster a supportive and adventurous environment where girls can grow, learn, and lead. Through our diverse range of activities, we aim to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of community.
What We Offer
Our program is designed to offer a balanced blend of outdoor adventures, skill development, and leadership training. We focus on:
- Outdoor Adventures: From camping and hiking to rock climbing and canoeing, our troop will immerse girls in exciting outdoor activities that build character and teamwork.
- Leadership Development: We provide numerous opportunities for girls to take on leadership roles, plan activities, and guide their peers, helping them develop essential life skills.
- Community Service: Troop 306G is committed to giving back to the Catonsville community through various service projects, fostering a sense of civic responsibility and empathy.
- Personal Growth: Through the BSA's merit badge program and rank advancements, our Scouts will explore their interests, discover new passions, and set goals for personal achievement.
